Vice-Dean’s Award for PhD-Authored Papers in Top Journals

to support excellent scientific outputs

Eligible:  doctoral students in supported PhD study programmes:

• P0488D050001 Ekonomika energetiky a elektrotechniky,
• P0488D050002 Economics of Energy and Electrical Engineering,
• P0714D060003 Elektrotechnika a komunikace - pouze specializace Výkonové systémy a elektroenergetika,
• P0714D060004 Electrical Engineering and Communications - specialization Electrical Power Engineering only.

Requirements:

• for a publication with a significant scientific contribution,
• the phd student is the first author,
• the contribution must have been presented in a seminar announced on the FEE website in the Events
  (and annonced to the Vice-dean for Science electronically at science@fel.cvut.cz in advance)

Benefit:

• the first author is awarded 100, 50 or 20 thousand CZK for a full-length article in a journal ranked by WoS^[1] in the top decile, the first or second quartiles, respectively (in the case of full authorship by the student and his supervisors, else pro rata),
