The Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, CTU in Prague announces a selection procedure for the position of academic staff – associate professor for the following workplaces: Department of Mathematics – 1 position
Qualification requirements: University education in mathematics (Ing., Mgr.), scientific degree Ph.D. in mathematics, successful habilitation procedure in the field of Applied Mathematics. Publication activity in international journals in the field of functional analysis, foreign cooperation, involvement in international projects. Experience in teaching university mathematics – a prerequisite for active involvement, especially in basic teaching in the English language. Ability to acquire and lead domestic and foreign projects and train doctoral students.
Expected start date January 2026 or by agreement. Salary conditions according to the internal wage regulation for employees of CTU in Prague, corresponding to performance in the field of scientific work, pedagogy and obtaining grant funds.
