In this 90-minute online workshop, we will focus on enhancing your intercultural competence and developing effective communication strategies when working with students from diverse cultural backgrounds. By understanding the dynamics of multicultural communication, you will be better equipped to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and productive environment at your institution.

Tereza Kadlecová – a Learning and Development Specialist with extensive experience in intercultural communication, training, and the creation of inclusive environments through her work with the Erasmus Student Network. Tereza has been involved in supporting international communities since 2016 and continues to lead trainings and workshops on intercultural competence.
This training is initiated by the International Office at CTU in Prague and supported by the Erasmus+ programme.
