The lecture will be delivered by Tomáš Škarda from ČEZ, who works as a configuration management specialist at the Temelín Nuclear Power Plant and is also a graduate of the Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering and Management (EEM) program at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, CTU.

Principles of configuration management in nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic
Benefits of implementing configuration management processes
A simple practical example
Examples of unauthorized changes in nuclear power plants in the Czech Republic
The lecture is open to all CTU students who are interested in energy, process management, and quality management.
