For students

FEE CTU organizes the CTU Open 25 on November 7 and 8, 2025 as the Czech-Slovak round of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) competition. The ICPC) is believed to be the oldest, largest and most prestigious programming competition out there. Next year there will be 50th World Finals.

The ICPC is the world's premier programming competition organized by universities across the globe. Each year, multi-level contests culminate in regional rounds. The top 150 teams from these rounds advance to the world finals in the following spring. The ICPC boasts a vast community of over 400,000 alumni. Last year, it involved 10,000 volunteers, over 5,000 coaches, and 60,000 student competitors from 3,500 universities in 111 countries.

Take this opportunity to compete!

Registration is open until November 6th. If you cannot find a team of three, do not hesitate and register for CTU Open alone. The organizers will try to find you some teammates. The following programming languages are available: Java, C++, C and Python.

This event is a great opportunity for all university students who want to improve their programming and algorithmic skills, practice teamwork and expand their professional contacts while solving real-world problems. The best teams will represent their university in the CERC25 - Central European round, which will take place on December in Wroclaw.
