Women and girls are essential for progress in science and research because they contribute to the diversity of teams and thus to the diversity of ideas and perspectives on scientific issues. "Our goal is to create a favorable working and studying environment that will attract more talent to electrical engineering and computer science, especially among women, researchers, and applicants from abroad," says Dean of FEE CTU Prof. Petr Páta.
The faculty management wants to get suggestions for improving the environment at FEE directly from female students. All are therefore cordially invited to an open debate with Dean Prof. Petr Páta and faculty Ombudsman Dr. Zuzana Labudová. The meeting will take place on Thursday, April 16, at 4:00 p.m. at FEE CTU.
It is necessary to register for the event in advance by sending an email to the ombudswoman at ombuds@fel.cvut.cz. Registered students will then receive information about the classroom where the debate will take place.
