"Students in Bachelor’s and Master’s programs can fill in the data online by entering it into the prepared fields. The information is then transferred into the relevant template of the selected application upon export. It always involves personal data, and depending on the type of application, additional required information as well. The output is a completed PDF document, which the student then prints and submits to the Study Office —the system does not send any data anywhere; it only uses it to fill in the application template," explained Iva Hrušková, PR Coordinator of the Knowledge Management Center at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, CTU (CZM).
