Battery-Powered Students? Discover Opportunities in the Czech Battery Industry

For students

What journey does a battery take from the research laboratory through the production line to an energy storage system or electric vehicle? Come to the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at CTU in Prague on Thursday 24th September to discover the Czech battery industry, hear about the career journeys of FEE CTU graduates and explore opportunities available to you while you are still studying.

Battery technologies connect research, industrial manufacturing, the energy sector and electromobility. At the event ‘Battery-Powered Students? Stories from the Battery Industry in Czechia’, experts from FEE CTU, the Czech Battery Cluster, Škoda Auto, IBG and DEVINN will present their work and share their professional experience.

You will learn which companies and professions make up the Czech battery industry, what projects FEE CTU graduates are currently working on and which of the knowledge and skills you gain during your studies are genuinely valuable in professional practice.

The expert programme will be followed by an informal gathering and networking session at FEL Café. You will have the opportunity to speak to the speakers and guests in person, ask them questions and make new professional contacts. Light refreshments will also be provided.

Advance registration via this form is required.
