In the AS CTU election, 3 representatives of academic staff of FEE are elected by the academic staff for a three-year term 2026-2028, and 1 student representative of FEE is elected by students for a two year term 2026-2027.
In the AS FEE election, 5 representatives of students are elected by students for two-year term 2026-2027.
Candidates can submit their proposals until November 17, 2025, 23:59 CET. The proposal is required to fulfill the requirements stated in Article 4, paragraph 2 of the Electoral Code of AS FEL (https://fel.cvut.cz/senat/dokumenty/fel-volrad-as.fin-202111.pdf).
The proposal
● should be submitted by e-mail as a .pdf document of A5 size;
● should contain a name, surname, role at the faculty, photo of the candidate, and an identification of the candidate (preferably faculty email);
● can include a summary of candidate’s election program and a link to detailed information.
Proposals must be sent from the faculty email address (username@fel.cvut.cz, username@student.cvut.cz, username@cvut.cz) to the email address volby@fel.cvut.cz as an attachement in the following format:
Subject: Candidate for the AS FEE or Candidate for the AS CTU
Attachment: candidate-asfee-username.pdf or candidate-asctu-username.pdf
The candidate selects AS FEE or AS CTU for the subject and filename according to the senate the candidate is running for. If the candidate is running for both AS CTU and AS FEE then it is necessary to send two separate proposals.
The elections to the AS CTU and AS FEE are subject to the AS CTU Electoral Code and the AS FEE Electoral Code, respectively.
Note: Academic senates use Czech as the working language due to legislative requirements.
