Why do we use cookies?

B) Data processing to send the newsletter
If you share your email address with us (when subscribing to our newsletter, registering for open days, etc.), we ask for further specific consent, which is as follows:
- You consent to the Czech Technical University in Prague - Faculty of Electrical Engineering, with registered office at Technická 2, 160 00 Praha 6 - Dejvice, ID No.: 68407700, as the controller of your data (from now on referred to as "CTU FEL"), to process your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), to the extent of:

1. Your personal data is processed for the purpose of inclusion in the database and to inform you about news, services and events related to CTU FEL.
- Duration of processing: 5 years from the date of consent. After this period, we will notify you of the possibility to grant a new consent. If we do not receive your new consent, we will delete your data properly.
- Your consent to the processing of your personal data is free and voluntary.
- You can withdraw your consent at any time, for example by sending a letter or email to the External Relations Department - PR, CTU FEL, or by clicking on the link: Unsubscribe.
- Based on the GDPR regulation, you have the following rights:

- ask us to correct inaccurate personal data, complete or update it;
