Dissertation topics

Deposition of metal structures by electrochemical processes

  • Branch of study: Electrical Engineering and Communications
  • Department: Department of Electrotechnology
    • Description:
New types of electrochemically (galvanically) deposited metal materials and material structures for engineering and electrical engineering represent a constant challenge in materials research. Additive manufacturing using electroforming; the possibility of electrochemical recycling of galvanic metals; alloy electrolytes - these challenges and directions bring the high potential for the further development of electrochemistry and electrotechnology. The topic of the dissertation is focused on the study and research of the influence of (non-standard) technological parameters on the material properties of electrochemically deposited metals during their deposition.
