The evening will offer a selection of works by prominent musical masters, including W. A. Mozart, Vincenzo Bellini, J. V. H. Voříšek, F. Chopin, Giacomo Puccini, and Gaetano Donizetti. You can look forward to a varied musical programme featuring opera arias, piano pieces, and song cycles that showcase the diversity of musical styles and provide a unique musical experience. The evening offers an opportunity to engage with music in the friendly and open atmosphere of the faculty.
The performers will be Karolína Cingrošová – soprano and Lukáš Klánský – piano. The concert will be hosted by Assoc. Prof. Martin Kasík.
Meetings with Music are approximately hour-long musical evenings with top-level performers held in a university lecture hall, allowing students, staff, and alumni of the CTU Faculty of Electrical Engineering to have personal contact with classical music.
Everyone may bring one guest. As long as we do not face an overflow of listeners, admission to the Meetings is free and without prior registration. Just come to the auditorium a little before the concert begins. Formal attire is not required.
