  • Annotation:
    The article treats the creation and necessary content of the territorial energy policy of a given territorial unit (district, city, village). We described the compulsory conditions for a successful design of teh territorial energy policy. The main topics tackled in the paper are the application of multicriterial decision making and the role of energy savings, including economic evaluation of the proposed projects.
