Some intrinsic properties of these structes will be studied. Also, an investigation of finitely additive measures (states) will be carried on. In particular, the structures that allow for a set-representation will be analysed and the possibility to introduce a symmetric difference will be considered. In another plan, the combinatorial properties of the orthomodular partially ordered sets will be studied, too.
