      The topic aims at optimisation of hybrid hydrogen/electricity refuelling station which can work on-grid or off-grid to support battery electric vehicles and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The evaluation of economic effectiveness and the policy options to support such systems will be explored, including the options to include such systems in carbon trading markets.

      The thesis is aimed to the analysis of system and economic aspects of the RES development It includes also RES development modeling and relationship between RES support schemes and EU ETS. Economic effectiveness of individual RES under the whole fuel cycle is also the main part of the thesis.
