Testing future competences in relation to Industry 4.0 using eye-tracking in virtual reality

  • Branch of study: Economics of Energy and Electrical Engineering
  • Department: Department of Economics, Management and Humanities
    • Description:
he main goal is to create and validate a methodology used to examine competencies which have been selected on the basis of global surveys as so-called "competencies of the future" in connection with the Industry 4.0 initiative. The identification of strengths and weaknesses for individual competencies will serve as the basis for career guidance and lifelong learning. The proposed solution corresponds to the latest knowledge and current trends in the field of L&D by combining modern technologies and tools - Virtual Reality, Eye tracking and gamification.
