The topic is focused on data transmission by a communication system with transmission through fading channels. The research is aimed at finding algorithms for signal compression in order to achieve a low transmission rate and design of the suitable channel model for reliable transmission in demanding conditions of fading communication radio channel with respect to ionosphere layer shifts.
