Článek se zabývá současnými trendy v energetickém sektoru v souvislosti s jeho transformací a v souvislosti s rozvojem decentralizovaných a obnovitelných zdrojů energie. Jeho cílem je základní přehled o situaci v České republice v oblasti inteligentních sítí a jejich implementace.

Tato práce se zabývá současnými trendy v energetickém sektoru v souvislosti s jeho transformací v oblasti inteligentních sítí a jejich implementací. Tento článek je zaměřen na běžné spotřebitele, jejich chování a možnosti ovlivňování jejich spotřeby.

Článek popisuje inovativní metodu a způsob testování kompetencí s využitím technického řešení složeného z virtuální reality a oční kamery. Navržené řešení umožňuje zkoumat a hodnotit vybrané kompetence podobně jako jiné psychodiagnostické metody. Výhodou tohoto řešení, oproti jiným, je především možnost pomocí očních pohybů nahlédnout do vnitřních stavů a pohnutek, ze kterých vychází pozorovatelné chování člověka. Virtuální realita navíc umožňuje simulovat různé situace, vizuální a sluchové vjemy, aby na ně mohl člověk bezprostředně reagovat, tak jako kdyby byl v reálném prostředí. Praktické využití nástroje je především při výběru a adaptaci nových pracovníků nebo hodnocení stávajících pracovníků, případně k predikci jejich potenciálního selhání či syndromu vyhoření.

Economic development is generally described by growing or by falling of GDP, inflation, unemployment and by other macroeconomic indicators. Substructures of the economic model, based on the symmetric input – output tables, are the individual economic sectors in the country. This table describes relationships between individual sectors and so, in the case of sudden changes in parameters, we can estimate what changes will happen in the whole economy. In this paper we focus on the changes in the economy caused by the change of electricity production, respectively the non-delivery to the distribution network.

Input-output analysis is powerful for modeling global economies or industries. The Leontiev Input –Output economic models show the relationships among different sectors of industry in an economy. The closed and/or open Leontiev models represent miscellaneous types of economies. It is possible to tell or forecast industry development by solving the Leontiev models. It is also possible to find production levels that will meet the internal and external demands of all sectors given economy.

This article deals with the methodology determination of additional costs caused by the support of electricity production from renewable energy sources (RES). The methodology will be established for the period from 2012 to 2020 in accordance with the National Action Plan for Renewable Energy Sources of the Czech Republic (NAP for RES).
